Rush to Infinity Official Race Results 29 June 2008

Here are the Official Race Results of the Rush to Infinity Race.
Winners List

We would again like to apologize for the technical error that occurred at the finish line. We had adjusted the official race times to set-off any discrepancy due to the long queue at the finish line; however, due to the confusion of the runners and some of the race staff, some names were not included for various reasons (ie. some runners did not turn in their race stubs). We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Should you have any feedback, please feel free to email us at feedback@runrio.com

    for mr. carlos…
yap, “invectives” nga siguro, hindi incentive, unless he is expressing positivity, pero kinorek mo nga, kokorekin din kita, COACH RIO, at hindi COATCH ha, walang T, hahaha, jok lang po, baka typo, pinatatawa ko lang mga na disappoint,, come to think of it, we gained naman din,, we are healthier, stronger, faster (but we don’t know that haha), higher, este,,, alam niyo na ibig kong sabihin… jokjok lang, and let’s all be happy and run… :)

There should have been different finish lines for 5k, 10k and 15k. The bottleneck started right about the time the 5k and 10k runners came in (around 30 to 45 mins into the race). People that joined 10k and 15k are either Pro or Semi-Pro with only a handful trying it out. Most of the complaints came from them because they really trained hard for it only to wait on the line because a novice runner was on the way. I can understand their frustration because this is what competition is all about, finishing. So what’s done is done and we can only learn and move forward from this mishap. Next Mizuno should be interesting.

Oh…to everyone that wants the results even if it’s 40% accurate, just click on the “official race results” tab. It’s still there c”,?

it was actually frustrating to see your name in the list as a winner and see it again the next day taken out, nevertheless, it was organized well and thank god that there was enough water for everyone especially in the mckinley hill route. also, just a suggestion, i hope the 5k will have a different route next time because on the way back it’s hard for some of the 10k and 15k runners to zig zag there way to the finish line. some of them kasi are just walking while some of us are trying to beat personal records. thank you.

why cant people be dissapointed?natatawa ka sa mga nadissapoint?anu ka sira ulo?so pagpalpak ang finish line at nagalit mga tao, pagtatawanan mo?huh lugs?sira ulo ka nga ata..so in the next race, i dont want to see you running to the finish line ok?

bute pa si cisco, can understand that finishing is important..

  6. andrew gonzalez says:

all of you are ass kissing coach rio..what do you gain by being sipsip…i havent seen a post here na nagalit because of the bad finish..i never thought people are actually happy pag pumapalpak ang organizer.the fact that rio himself admitted the mistake, means meron nga talagang mali…like, im mad, but it doesnt mean that i hate rio nor would not join any of his races anymore. but most posts here are simple asskissing..the finishline is part of a great race so dont say it was great race cuz it was not.

  7. lugs says:

excuse me po, mr. andrew gonzales, i, myself, am disappointed, sir, i didnt say pinagtatawanan ko, i said PINATATAWA KO lang po, please read carefully so you react carefully … no use being mad here.. peace tayo.. hehe, alam na ni coach rio ang dapat niyang gawin next time..

Hey, I just want to say how much I appreciate all the work that goes into organizing a race of this magnitude. I cannot even imagine how much work it could have been. Thanks for doing it all. I am very thankful. And also, I just want to say a special thanks for the wonderful prizes. I needed a new watch! See you at the next race!
