    Hi wayne! How are you? Did you join the sf marathon? I saw Bald Runner’s blog. Thank you so much. haha it was a unforgetable experience. I really enjoyed the thf race.

    One of my student joined the milo marathon last sunday. Thats his 1st marathon and he finished it. He’s now a marathoner hahahaha. Im with him the entire race but i used bike to support.

    Me and my friends will be joining the milo legaspi Elimination

    I just want to let you know that Nike Human race will be on august 31 here in Taguig. We will be giving a lot of prizes from nike. I will be releasing all the info next week.

    Coach Rio, I ended up finishing the First Half Marathon due to an achilles tendon flareup about 10K into the marathon. Otherwise, I would have DNF’d which would have been worse. My time for the half was 1:47:12 (506th out of over 6,000 finishers).

    After two days of rest, I went back out on an easy 8K this morning. More can be found on my blog. (let me know if you need the URL)

    Despite of the injury and discomfort you still manage to finish the race. You are a warrior! Hahahaha Congartulations!! 506 out of 6,000, not bad..
