Hi, Coach Rio! Saw you on TV a while ago with Karen Davila. Telegenic ka pala! I learned a lot with that very short interview. Thanks for the running tips that you mentioned. Nice timing coz I’m starting my 10k training. I want to join this Nike Human Race but I’m not yet ready–maybe next year.

I have an ipod but no nike shoes nor the gadget for the ipod, do i need this or can i run with my ipod?

I mentioned this on the HF e-mail. I’ve had a chance to try the Nike Lunar’s with a couple of Niketown employees several days ago and they’re a good shoe!

i already signed up for the human race but i am not sure if i am in team philippines.
in the main nikeplus website, there is a team section under community but i can’t find team philippines there.
in the human race site however there is a part there where i selected philippines. is that it?
