Coach Rio, congratulations again on what am reading was a well run event. Over 1500 in the two races…..asteeg!

[...] I was on a mission when I woke up this morning. The route for 10K is almost the same as the Nike Human Race - McKinley Hills and Heritage Park and I am definitely aiming for a big improvement. For this run I was able to improve my Nike Human Race time by more than 10 minutes. Official time is 55:18 which incidentally is also 1 minute faster than my 10K PR. COOL!it was my very first 10K race and i finished it in 1hr and 7mins, truly the human body,mind and spirit are awesome!More Power to UNICEF and Coach Rio! and GOD Bless us all!

the best run so far, was able to improve my time from nike human race by more than 5 mins, lots of water and markers were complete, great job rio!!

Hi Coach ako yung makulit mong estudyante sa Nike Run Clinic na laging nagtatanong tungkol sa Baller ID ng Unicef (1994/F). Sasali kami sa UP ICTUS kaya pwede ko rin pickup sa event. Thanks
